The design interplays a mixed media of warm, cool, smooth and textured finishes to create a modern home that is as inviting as it is rich in ambience. The oversized, bespoke cedar entry door opens to a view of an atrium that blurs the lines of indoor/outdoor living. Retro inspired geometric shaped tiles and a custom designed laser cut stair railing of interlocking circles and squares nod to iconic mid-century design elements. Warm custom walnut paneling blends with crisp, clean, white finishes. Interior doors were custom designed to punctuate the homes individuality.
New Construction – The home site is located within a FEMA flood way zone and adjacent to a blue line creek requiring a thoughtful approach to the design of the home and site. Our team is experienced in working within FEMA and stream conservation guidelines and parameters.
